Difficult times tend to make us and break us! What is your choice?

Why is it that a human being in this era of information, companionship and convenience can resort to a break-down in mind, body and spirit?

It may feel like this

For the past year my journey through this life has been a hassle, which I know that every single person on this planet goes through. I am writing this post as an apology to myself and others for retreating in isolation and abandoning what makes me get through this.

Ironically enough, now that I decided to be visible again, to finally pick up my pace, the whole world is on a time-out. Now that I decided that my time is now, the world decided to stop. Why? But I had this epiphany when I poured hot water into my coffee mug this morning.

Just because the world is on hold does not mean that I have to. I see this as my chance now, to do what I was afraid to do. Work on myself and be there for myself and others. Something I should have done a long time ago, I am doing now.

For fellow human beings who share these feelings and thoughts, I assure you, there is no such thing as “short on time” in reality.

I’m going to repeat what Nike said: “JUST DO IT!”

In this new era of 2020, in this era of lock-downs and breakdowns, let’s sit in silence, focus on love and make the best of what is coming. There has never been a better time in history than today!

Much love to all of us!
